RADBiz was incorporated and a board and officers were elected July 23rd. RADBiz has taken up the baton from RADBA. Please be patient as we continue to progress developing action plans and initiatives to support not only the business community of the RAD but everyone that lives, works and plays in the RAD.

Proposed Depot St. Apartments
Above is the rendering of the apartment building project proposed for 290 Depot St. in May, when developer Jeremy Cohen told the Citizen Times that a major goal would be to open more affordable commercial space for artists in the development. The project proposes 48 apartments and commercial retail below the apartments, which would sit between Olde London Road English Pub and Pink Dog Creative.

This location is supposed to become a mixed use 238 apartment complex with underground parking and is supposed to start construction this fall!
